A classic coffee that’s constructed with two pillar ingredients: espresso and steamed milk.
Flavored Latte
Espresso, steamed milk with flavoring syrup.  We offer Routin 1883 and Monin Syrups
Alley Beans Mocha
Exceptional Mocha with extra shots of espresso and Hollander Chocolate Sauce/Vanilla Routin 1883 Syrup.
Cold Brew
Soaking our best Mexico and Papua New Guinea coffee beans at room temperature for 15-18 hours.
Iced coffee
Brewed coffee poured over ice.
Nitro
Cold Coffee infused with Nitrogen gas creating gas bubbles in the coffee, and gives the drink a thick and creamy texture. YUM!
Cafe Breve’
Cafè breve is an espresso-based drink that’s made like a cappuccino, but with steamed half-and-half instead of milk. This produces a very creamy foam. Try it if you want a decadently rich (but sugarless) espresso drink.

Frozen Hot Chocolate
Icy beverage made with hot chocolate mix, milk and ice.
Cafe Miel
A delicious espresso with honey, cinnamon and steamed milk.

London Fog latte
London Fog lattes are made by combining sweetened Earl Grey tea with some steamed milk and Routin 1883 Vanilla syrup. (Lavender syrup is excellent, also!)
Matcha Tea Latte
“Steep Me” matcha powder, vanilla and steamed milk.
Chai Tea Latte
Black tea concentrate infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices is combined with steamed milk and topped with foam for the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
